Sustran LAC (SUStainable TRansport Action Network- Latin America) looks forward to sharing best practices and lessons learned about transportation issues and related topics that can contribute to a more sustainable transport in the continent. It is based on an effort of various Latin American civil society organizations and individuals who are looking forward to solving the ever-growing problem of unsustainable (motorised) transport and its adverse effects (traffic congestion, pollution, and environmental and health problems, traffic accidents and related economic deficits).
